I literally cannot believe how fast time flies, wow. Since I met Mary & Jay for their maternity pictures I was a nervous wreck! I’d never done maternity pictures before, but as soon as I met them I felt like I’d known them for a long time. I was so comfortable and they were so natural. Since then I have had the pleasure of capturing Miss Lyla since the day she was born. I CANNOT believe she is one already. ONE! (Mary…how did we let this happen, LOL!)

This is our FIRST photoshoot outside of the house since we did the maternity pictures and I think it’s so very special because we did the maternity pictures at the IMA also!

Lyla completely melts my heart, so many times that I have went to their house to drop off pictures, she came right into my arms and either fall asleep or make me feel like I was family.

Enough blabbing…these pictures I am EXTREMELY EXTREMELY happy and proud of! I don’t think they could have gotten better, and although we didn’t think (at the time) she was smiling enough..but she definitely did.

Jay, Mary & Lyla …. I love you all so, so much, thank you for allowing me to capture the first year of your sweet baby girl and your family! I hope to come back for more, when there are additions to the family!
