Words cannot express how much I am in love with this precious baby girl. It doesn’t seem like this sweet baby could have been in this belly. I could have photographed her ALL day long, once she fell asleep I was able to pretty much move her anyway I wanted to! Oh..6 months is sooooo far away! Congratulations Katie+Dane on your sweet sweet daughter.

Can you believe they’re TWO already?! Amazing how time flies … it really is. It was an absolutely special day for these three kiddos and all of their friends. It was the most amazing thing when someone else would show up…it would be one of my clients. Every single child that came to the party was a close friend of Bryan+Ashley and has been a client of mine. GREAT feeling!! I love this circle of friends that I’m in the middle of!

I had the pleasure of meeting one of my dearest clients sister and got together to capture her new sweet little man, Evan. Evan is 2 months old and is literally a spitting image of his Daddy! The Callahan’s were also there so I could get family pictures while Leah+Nate were in town! It was a gorgeous evening and being on the water made it nicer because of the cool breeze. I had a blast and I am definitely looking forward to our next gathering!

When Erica called me to ask me if I could do Annabelle’s first trip to the Indiana State Fair I was SUPER excited and couldn’t wait for the opportunity to do something totally new! I absolutely adore Annabelle and I love Erica with all my heart so this came to no surprise that I said yes in the midst of the busiest photography schedule I’ve ever had.

I have been friends with Erica for almost 10 years now and been capturing sweet Annabelle since she was less than a week old. Although her first year wasn’t what any parent would want the first year to be like, Annabelle has NEVER stopped smiling and being her sweet, lovable, adorable, happy self.

Happy Birthday Annabelle, my heart aches that I couldn’t be at your first birthday party, but I am sure lucky to be your photographer! I love you with ALLL my heart!!!!

Happy 9 months!

Little miss Ava is getting SO big and is starting to her only little own personality and I love it! We had an absolutely GREAT session at the lovely IMA, weather was bearable, Ava was happy and that makes for a happy photographer!!!

I think this is a PERFECT family picture!!!

I absolutely adore this family and since they’re practically family (ahem) that just makes it THAT much better! As I pulled into Danville at 9am, I expected to see nothing but sunshine and what I found was a little farmers market set up around the courthouse. Which is fine, we worked around it…AND still managed to get some yummy golden sun in the mix! I love photographing at new locations and at the same time it scares me because I don’t know where to begin. The Harmon’s worked it OUT on their session…although the kids were having a, oh, rough morning…you probably can’t tell all that much!

Shawn, Amy, Payten & Colsten….you guys are amazing, thanks again!

…and when you get amazing smiles like this within the first 2 minutes..you KNOW its gonna be a good session!

I cannot believe it has been a year since I photographed this sweet girl when she was just 7 days old. Not only is she adorable…she is going to be a big sister soon! Since Jeremy+Anne had to move so far away, we decided to meet up at the IMA and what a perfect day it was!!!

Another beautiful morning at the IMA that got hot really quick! If we had just a bit more shade, I think we would have been MUCH better! Shortly after this shoot they moved back to Utah, hope you all made it home safe. It was a pleasure meeting you all before you headed out of Indy!

This was soo cool – I was taking a picture of the butterfly, it started flying towards Riley, landed on her flower on her headband (which I didn’t capture) then flew away. In the 2nd picture you can see the butterfly right above their heads, the 3rd picture is Leslie’s reaction!

It was probably one of the most gorgeous days in Indianapolis, it was a perfect morning for a perfect couple. Dane & Katie are expecting their first baby girl in just days and I cannot wait to meet and capture her! =)

What an honor to photograph another photographer and her family, whom are very very close friends of Ben+I…for the First, Second, THIRD time! I cannot believe how big Brody is getting, such a little man! Like most photographers, we have TONS of clients that want pictures taken at the IMA, and that’s where we originally planned on going…because we practically live there. Until I came up with the clever idea of going to Downtown Danville to get some different scenery! What a great idea because Brody was LOVING all of the trucks he saw driving past us. After that we headed to this old golf course that closed down about 5 years now. One word…PERFECT!!!

Thank you Jason, Vanessa & Brody for another amazing session! …besides Jason yawning after 10 minutes of the shoot! (punk)
